Had a 4-wheel alignment on my BMW X5 today at Layland Motors. I'm a real estate broker, but have repaired & rebuilt cars all my life. Seven years of that was as a fully certified GM automotive technician, yet I was surprised at the excellent work they did. Never expected this suv to ever handle & drive as well as it does now. They went over/above to make it right even though it was a mile off spec with over a dozen new parts I had put on & some original suspension parts in back that needed coaxing with an acetylene wrench. It took an extra hour for them to get it just right, yet they charged only what they quoted. Perfect work & gracious billing; you cannot ask for more than Layland Motors provides their customers.

I had an excellent experience with Leyland Motors and want to recognize the outstanding customer service I received. I called because my tire pressure warning light kept coming on even though I was regularly adding air to my tires. The pressure readings never seemed accurate and the monitor continued to indicate low tire pressure. When I first spoke to Josh, he explained that the earliest appointment available was three days away and I would likely have to leave my car all day. I mentioned that I was planning to travel out of town and was comfortable driving the car since I could continue adding air to the tires if needed. After hearing my situation, Josh immediately said, come in now and we will take care of this for you.” I arrived and 15 minutes later the team had recalibrated my tire pressure monitoring system and resolved the issue. When I inquired on the price, Josh said there is no charge, happy to help! It is rare to find a company that is this responsive, accommodating, and customer focused. I highly recommend Leyland Motors and will return for future service needs!

My high-use Volvo was waterlogged and they squeezed me into an appointment very quickly. Communication was timely and always very polite- as a young woman, working with them felt very honest and trustworthy. Repairs were excellent and pricing was very reasonable, and they got my car back to me way faster than expected!

I have going to Josh and his team for at the very least 7 years. My old 300hp Volvo is still running circles around most cars. Left the Volvo dealership years ago when they aligned my front end and my steering wheel was not centered. They are fair, do great work, and you can trust them. They are professionals. Look at their parking lot.

Layland serviced my old (but well maintained) 911. This company has all of the tools and knowledge to service this 911. I was given a tour of the shop and there were many 911's being serviced. I saw on an air cooled 911 engine on a bench being rebuilt. Very cool. This was my first experience at Layland's but my 911 had been serviced there by a prior owner according to the paperwork that came with my car. The work that was done on my 911 was very good. I was happy with the results and the price for the work.
